My daughter is turning 12 in 2 weeks and we can't find something to do. She wants to go somewhere with 9 friends and she doesn't want it at the house. We need to be under $100 and we live in Mentor, Ohio. Can someone help us find a party idea?

You could go to to Headlands Beach State Park or Mentor Beach Park from some water fun (free). James A. Garfield National Historic Site is free and fun as far as learning/exhibits and a free picnic area. Mentor Mini Golf is great for kids and has good rates:
