My birthday is on March 26th, but we are away then so we are celebrating in late February, early March. I am inviting 17 friends, ages 12-14. I don't want to do a typical movie party. I am outgoing, not girly. I love swimming, but I am Canadian, so the weather is very cold! My budget is 100-200 dollars, not including food or goodie bags, it is just for the activities. Any ideas?

You could do ice skating, which will be in your budget. If you can find an indoor pool, that would work out very well for you.
If you could find an indoor pool, that would be the perfect solution. If not, ice skating would be a wonderful outdoor activity. Both of these would be inexpensive, letting you allot most of your money for the food and goodie bags.
are there any indoor swimming places you could go it for the party? or a Y. how about paintball> you didnt mention of you were a boy or girl :)......
thank you thats a great idea... will edit that, am a girl ;)
You could always do a hotel party, decorate the hotel room and then get balloons, put times on the front and then pop them, then whatever is inside the balloon, do that. Hope this helps:8
bowling, mini golf, roller skating, ice skating, horseback riding, or go do a group project for a charity.
