I want to have a fun birthday party that won't get boring. I am planning on having 20-30 people (boys and girls) and then 2-3 people spending the night. I want to go somewhere, have everything planned, and only spend $100 at most. Also it is in April, winter here, so please hurry. I am sort of a girly girl, but most of my friends are tomboys or boys. I live in eastern Iowa so something close. Thanks!

This looks like fun if you're near this in Eastern Iowa:
They have free movie nights on Fridays and outdoor fun all day Saturdays.
You are looking to spend $100 for 20-30 people including food? This comes out to $5 a head for 20 people and $3.33 for 30. This would be impossible in my area. If you could fit everyone in your home you could hand cake and soda (no meal) and go for a run or play football or some other free activity.
With that many guests, your best bet is to keep the party at home to do it within such a small budget. For under $10 you can get a spinning light party bulb. Add music, a few streamers, cake and soda, with some chips and candy, and you have a party. Sometim3s you have to get creative when your funds are limited.
You can throw your party at a local park and have BBQ hotdogs. Hot dogs are quite affordable along with some chips, sodas/water, cake.
You can play flag football, water balloon fight, fun outdoor activities since there will be a lot of people.
