My daughter is turning 13 very soon and she wants it to be a posh party. Yet I don't know where it will be or what I'm going to do. Some help please?

I don't know where you live, but some restaurants have a high tea. This may be something if interest to you.
You can have a posh birthday party at home! The girls can have a spa day doing their nails, hair together and bake afterwards. Perhaps a sleepover too!
Have a cream tea and scone party followed by manicures and pedicures. Everyone can dress up for the occasion, too :)
You could have it at your house. Set up a candy station, there very popular do all pink looks nice.Make sandwiches 3 different varieties, tuna, ham, cheese and,egg salad.Cut up some vegetable trays with dip.Decorate with balloons hanging over the tables from the ceiling pink two different types of pink. Hang them on the chairs as well.Make a big container of cherry juice.Use pink cutlery, plates, and cups.Put all cutlery, and a napkin in mason jars and put name tags on for each person.Put pretty candles in the middle of the tables.Put a table cloth on and spread some confetti around the table. You could plan a spa party. With facials, manicures, and pedicures.Have make up set up on a table, just get it from the dollar store. You could do a craft the girls would like.Play a few games for prizes. You could play, What's in that Bag?: This game requires a bit of forward planning. Basically, you sit the kids in a circle and have 10 or so "mystery" foods in black containers bags. You pass the container around the circle and everyone can touch, smell or taste the food (only one) without looking into the bag, blindfolds may be required. After the kids examine the food they write down what they think are in the bags/ containers, and the person with the most correct at the end wins!
