I need a cheap birthday for my daughter. She will be turning thirteen. It will be in December, therefore, I won't be able to do much in the winter. We live in Florida. What are some cheap ideas, for a birthday? She wants to invite about thirty people. I know, its going to get a little higher, because of so many people.

You can have it themed as a 70's or 80's party. You can get some stuff for cheap as decor in the thrift stores. (10/27/2010)
