I'm turning 13 in February and I'm starting to think about what I should do for my party. I was thinking about going ice skating with my friends, but once I saw the price tag, I knew I couldn't do that to my parents. I don't really want to have a party at home, I want to go out and do something. I would probably be inviting around 10 people. Please help!

You could go out for pizza or dessert. Does your local high school or college have sports games or shows? You can get tickets cheaply.
Thirteen is a *Tween* age party. You want them to feel like big girls but not too big. You could have a a nail stylist (or an older teen) come in and do *Mani-Pedi's* They would just love it! For the party, have pizza delivery and soda, pop some popcorn. And some of their favorite music.
As a mom to 5 daughters...we have done the following: bowling party, roller skating, slumber and pizza party, trip to the cosmetology school for make overs (they gave us a group rate), movies (found a groupon for that one), zoo, worked a volunteer shift at a riding stable for disabled kids, and one of those painting parties, as well as had a 4H photography project girl (a high school senior) come in and take fancy photos of the girls and she put them on a cd for us to print and download what we wanted.
Why not check out a local bead supply store to see if they teach classes? If the guests on your list are all girls, that might be a fun option.
A pizza party-sleepover would be fun and low cost. Use flour tortillas and let each girl put on toppings of choice. Make your own ice cream cake by softening ice cream in your favorite flavors and layering them over a cookie crumb crust in a spring form pan. Refreeze till needed. Supply toppings of choice.
Omg I have the same problem what day is yours???? I am thinking of taking them to the mall and everyone brings money to go there and we do a bunch of shopping then we go back to my house and watch a movie.
When is your birthday?
Mine is in Feb. too
