I'm turning 13 this July 2017. I do not know what to do. I want to go shopping, have a sleepover, go to a restaurant, and I want a party, but I think it is too much money. What shall I do?

Shopping can be fun just by window shopping and spending time with friends and dine out at a restaurant. Then having a sleep over can be affordable - rent a movie, & popcorn, board games.
