I (female turning 13) want to have a birthday party for just my friends, but I'm not really sure what I should do because my family will be in Florida for my actual birthday (July 2017). So I'll have to have it during the middle of the month. I want to have just my closest friends come, but it still has to be something that's not super expensive. I wanna do something outdoors because it will be warm, but I don't want to do a pool party. I also know I want to have them sleep over after, but I'm still not sure what I should do. I just want to do something that will be generally fun for all of us. Any help would be great! Thank you!

Girls love a spa party. You can then have pizza, ice cream and cake. You can then watch a rented movie and have your sleepover. B
You all could go window shopping, maybe a restaurant afterwards and then come back to your house and watch movies, do each others nails/hair and chit chat, eat snacks and have a sleep over.
Turning 13, exciting! Maybe a free outdoor farmer's market type festival all together with some live music and food. Spa type sleepover after :)
