It's my birthday on the 16th of July and I'm not sure what to do for my 13th birthday. I'm not allowed to have a sleepover and I don't want to invite loads of my friends because my other friends will then feel neglected. I am thinking about inviting one or two of my closest friends, but I don't know what to do. If anyone can give me birthday ideas that would be great!

If it's only a couple friends, you could perhaps go to an amusement park or waterpark. Or have a nice lunch or dinner, grab a movie and window shop!
If you want to have more friends come you can maybe host a bowling or arcade party. It would be more affordable. Or, party at the beach, lake, park and have outdoor games.

Small parties are the best as you get to spend quality time with your guests and them with you!
You could do a tourist at home day if you have a parent or guardian who is willing to drive....start out at a coffee shop, pick a fun touristy thing to do....like if you have bus or water tours of your city or a museum or science center. Then stop for a nice lunch, and maybe end with a mall trip or a movie.
