So I'm turning 13 on January 9th and it's on a Tuesday so we are planning on doing something at a hotel the weekend after my birthday. We can't think of what to do at the hotel (it's in Rhode Island). Any ideas?

At some hotels they have a gym, game room and pool that the guests can use. Furthermore, there is always the movie channel on the TV that you can select some good movies to watch. You can have some pizza delivered to your room. Listen to music and check to see if there is a spa at the hotel that you can use to have your nails done.
This sounds like a lot of fun and it is best to see what the hotel has to offer and then plan your events around this.
