I turn 14 in 9 days and have no clue what to do for a party. I am inviting mostly girls with 4-5 boys. I was thinking about maybe shopping, and then going to see that Frozen movie. I don't know. Can't swim because it's winter. :( I've only had 2 friends birthday parties in my life and want to make this one super special. Any ideas?

I doubt that the boys will think shopping is a fun activity. Go to the movie, and then maybe to someplace like a Dairy Queen (or whatever place you have that is friendly and not too expensive) for ice cream cake, or maybe even burgers (although that might run into a big bill, me, I'd just go for cake and drinks, and opening gifts). Or do the cake and ice cream and gifts at your house, and then you can all go off to the movie as the entertainment.
There is no need for birthday parties to be elaborate affairs like weddings! It is about getting together with your friends for a happy time, spending some time together and having a few laughs.
