I was wondering if anyone has any ideas what I can do for my 14th birthday? I don't want to have it at my house so I can't do any themes or anything. I also don't want to go on one of those trampoline places or skating.

I'm not sure what your budget is, what time of year your birthday is, how many guests you want or where you live. Maybe you could take a small group of your friends to a show or play. For larger groups, a movie or arcade is fun. Have pizza or burgers, followed by cake.
What you should do is go to the pool. It's not expensive and it's always super fun! I do it every year.
How about kite flying and picnic at the park? (Providing it is breezy enough that day!)
How about a pool party? Or beach party?
The food can be simple - pizza, chips, snacks, soda, drinks!
How about looking up for a scavenger hunt in a near by park. Or an escape room if its in the budget. Can also look into geocaching which is like looking for treasures.
