I am going to be having a party at my house for my 14th birthday, but the problem is that my house is like one of those units/apartments. I don't have much space like my other friends and I am worried that they are gonna think my party is lame because of my house. What themes could I do for a small space?

If you live in an apartment, is there a community pool for the apartment complexes you can use to have a pool party perhaps?
A true friend will appreciate you for you, not your large house or apartment.
That being said, you don't need a lot of room to rent a movie and have a sleepover with sleeping bags.
You can serve food buffet style. You can have it picnic style on the floor.
Can you have it at another location? Such as a park, or do a volunteer project for your party? Such as movie and then help at a shelter, or paint at a habitat house or something of that nature?
I have learned that the cozier a place is, the more fun people actually have. Large spaces actually separate people. That being said, games always produce good results. Also, make a theme party where you ask guests to wear a certain something if they can.
I have a tiny place and I used to be worried people would feel cramped but I filled it up with love and make sure I'm a good hostess and that's all that matters. Make sure you're welcoming and gracious and have lots of fun with everyone. Tell everyone to bring their iPods or mobile devices and let everyone plug into a speaker and take turns playing music so they all feel at home (and learn about new tunes!)
A very easy online search for "teen birthday ideas" will produce many sites with lots of great ideas and themes!
If there is a book that you and your friends enjoy that takes place in a small basement/room like harry potter or others. Also you could hold most of the party outside or go to a place that celebrates birthdays like, the gymnastics room, the skating rink, the roller rink or somthing like that
The more important thing to think about is
1) what would you want to do, if space and money was no object?
2) is there any way that can be scaled down to fit your circumstances?
Another thing to think about is
1) who is coming
2) what sorts of things do they like?
once you answer those questions for yourself truthfully, you will no doubt come up with the best solution.
As many say above, do not succumb to the temptation to feel lesser=than because of your space. There is no greater buzzkill than personal insecurity, which is often unwarranted. if all is undertaken in a spirit of fun and enthusiasm, all will go well
games to play: truth/dare, would you rather, prank call, spin the bottle, 21 questions.
places to go: the park, mall, movie theatres, ice skating, bowling, indoor mini golf, arcade, rock climbing.
