My birthday is in a month and 12 days and I ain't got nothing prepared. I have 3 friends and 15 adult family members and 5 kid family members and me. I am planning on doing a party at my local ski centre then a meal and sleepover (mum said maybe to sleepover), but it works out (for ski centre) at £16.50 per rider times by 7 (maybe more) that makes £115.00. Then I want cake and bits for party bags/boxes and then about £200 for the meal. Each year I've done a meal and something else. Please give me your suggestions ASAP.

Your plans sound very well thought out to me, as long as the cost is affordable. This sounds like a very nice birthday. If cost is a problem, you might ask people to pay for their own ski center passes. I have had to do that for my sons -- send money for the entertainment, if it was an expensive outing. As long as your mom is okay with feeding this large a crowd of people, you should be good to go. When my sons had parties when they were older, we did not include the relatives at the same time as the kid party; we did friends and their outing and the meal and cake and party favors separately from cake and a meal with the extended family.
