My 14th birthday party is coming up and I need help. I know where I'm going to have my party. I am going to do it at a community center which has a pool, movie theater, and a party room. The pool is indoors and heated which is good because my birthday is in December. I am going to bring 2-3 friends home to spend the night, but 9-11 will be at the party. My theme is blue because that's my favorite color. I have no idea what to do for fun. My friends are all 13-14 girls.

My question to you would be, what do YOU like to do? Because chances are, if you like to do it, your friends will as well.
If you enjoy board games such as Monopoly, Risk, or the Game of Life, do that. If you like doing the Pokemon Go thing, you could make that your birthday theme, go look for Pokemons or something
If you are the sorts of girls who enjoy makeup and clothes and whatnot, you should DEFINITELY plan some sort of glamour party - get someone to donate lots of costume jewelry, costumes, and clothes and play dress-up - have someone put out a catwalk and have a faux fashion show.
If you like to bake, or do crafts, have baking or crafts contests, the way they do in reality tv, where at the end of the party the best cake/craft wins a prize.
the fact though that your party is in a place with a pool and a theatre means you probably won't need to make much of an effort, save provide food, music, and films, to keep the troops entertained
