My birthday is coming up in April 2017 and I'm turning 14. I want to try something different this year, like maybe a few ideas that are cheap and fun. I was thinking of going paintballing and going karting. I am planning on inviting my close friend to the event, but she has a older sister that is a few years older and I don't want to be rude and not invite her. What should I do? Please help.

I don't think it is necessary to invite your friend's older sister, especially if she is not a friend of yours. I had a similar situation when I was 16. The girl said if her sister wasn't invited, she couldn't come. I politely said that I had to limit my guest list. She ended up coming anyway, and had a good time.
You could go for a run or bike ride in your area, which would be completely free. You could take advantage of the spring weather and save your money for the food and party favors. The favors were always something I loved getting when I went to parties.
You can do a CSI party where you have to solve a crime and test DNA find blood figure out your crime scene and one of the people at the party can dissapear and 5en be the killer
If you genuinely do not want the older sister to come, you could say that you are only allowed to bring one guest with you. Mini golf isn't too pricey and is fun too, if you wanted another option.
