I would have a spa party. Its cold in February, so this could be done indoors. Rent a movie and bring in some pizza.
I agree with Judy. It will be cold so stay indoors. Perhaps a movie marathon sleepover?
Depending on where you live and how cold it will be, will determine what you can and can't do.
If it is cold where you are out, you'll need an indoor type of party. One suggestion is to have fun at the mall, looking around, shopping, getting something to eat and then take in a movie.
You could also hold the party at a bowling alley and have pizza, drinks and play a few games of bowling.
Another fun idea is to have it at a pizza shop that has games and activities that you can do there.
You can always have a spa or a makeup party at our home, listen to music, watch films and make your own personal homemade pizzas and things like this.

Just have the girl's bring their own pillow and sleeping bags.
