Do a spa party. It has everything you like.
a spa party is good. You can also invite an MLM person such as an Avon or Arbonne lady over so that y'all can have a makeover (that's how you do it on the cheap) and maybe to make it worth her time one of you buys something
if you don't mind windowshopping you can plan an outing to the mall, especially an upscale mall in a nearby town, and end it all in the foodcourt or at a movie. At a mall you will also have a chance as you know to try on clothes, have makeovers and perfume samples.
Mani/pedi/fashion party. Everyone bring their own nail polish and clothing items and you all trade!
One of my favorite parties was at your age which was a fashion show party.
Each of my friends (my mom got their moms' OK), brought an outfit (it didn't have to match) from their closet they no longer wore...like a shirt, a pair of shorts, a purse or shoes, and a necklace, and we all exchanged the pieces and came up with new outfits.
Before we ate, we tried on our new stuff and did a fashion show for each other! It was fabulous!
Even my mom appreciated it as everyone got new stuff out of it for no extra money!
