It's my 14th birthday soon and I want to have a party for all girls. It will need to be something cheapish and I want it to be grown up. Any ideas?

This will depend on where you are holding your party. If you are on a very tight budget and don't have a lot to spend one good idea is to host the party in your own home. Everyone needs to eat and a good way to have fun and be grown up is to prepare your own food. Ahead of time make cupcakes for everyone. Now cook some imini pizza together and each person gets to make their own. After eating you cannow decorate cupcakses and have fun judging the best one. After this you can do manicures or even have a dance party.
It really depends on what you and your friends are into. For instance:
1) are any of you into cooking or food? If so, you could plan a 4 course meal that y'all make yourselves. And at the end of the cooking, of course, you eat it
2) are you into fashion or makeup? If so, you could have a makeover session. Find a grownup (hopefully someone with actual talents in the area) to do your makeup and hair
3) do you like culture? You could opt to spend the afternoon at a museum or theater in lieu of having a party at home
