I'm gonna be 14 in August and I like to plan ahead for my birthday party, but I don't know what to do. I am a emo girl and all my friends are emo (except a few guys) and we all love glow in the dark, but I don't know how to work that in. I don't know what I should do this year. I really wanna do something everyone can enjoy.
