Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef, cooked
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- parsley
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms, optional
- cooked noodles
Steps:
- Place precooked ground beef in large frying pan. Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and l/2 can of water. Mix together and cook until heated through.
- Add 1 cup sour cream and 1 small can mushrooms. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add parsley on top.
- Serve over cooked noodles
