My younger sister's birthday is soon. I want to do something for her, but don't know what to do. She is turning 15 this year; her birthday is in March. She doesn't want to have a birthday party because she feels like she is too old for them. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :)

I'm betting, Tracy, that more than anything she would love to spend a day with you. Just think of the fun and anticipation you could both enjoy planning things to do together (the planning and imagining being a big part of the treat).
How about a luncheon out, with either shopping for a birthday gift (like clothes) or a movie or a trip to someplace that she might like such as an art gallery or a museum or a zoo. You might go just the two of you, or you might bring along one of her friends, or perhaps a girls day with your mom.
For my 14th I went to a buffet restaurant with close friends, which was great because it was a time that we could celerbrate but it didn't feel like a party! Any restaurants a brill (it was also cool because no parents were ther so it felt very sopisticated) Hope this helps!
