I'm turning 15 and last year I invited the whole school to my party, well not the whole school. None of my guy friends came because they thought it would be too girly and I only had like maybe not even a group of people. Most left because it was boring. I had a really gross sweaty DJ and a rapper who was late and everybody was stuffing their face.

From your description of last year's party, it seems to me that you are trying too hard to impress other people. Why don't you invite two or three close friends instead of a mass of people. Then they are not likely to get bored or just come so that they can stuff their faces.
You could have a sleepover (if it is all girls) - a spa night, watch movies, play board games, have pizza. If you have both guy and girl friends, you could do pretty much the same - although boys tend to like more active stuff -- games night, a campfire with hot dogs, smores, etc. If you invite your close friends, then you shouldn't be disappointed.
When I turned 15 which was not that long ago - 8 years. My folks took me, and my two best friends to a nearby water park for the day. They dropped us off and we got to spend the whole day there. If you like in a place that is cold in May I would suggest going to a movie with just one or two friends.
I agree with the other posters. Make it more exclusive - just invite a few people or do the water park thing or some such. It is your party and you are the one who should enjoy it.
