I want to celebrate my 15th birthday with a few of my friends, but I don't want to have a party. I want to do something different to what people would normally do. Any ideas?

Perhaps you could do some sort of charity work? For instance, perhaps you could volunteer at an animal shelter to play with the dogs and cats for an afternoon and do some clean up. People could bring pet food for gifts.
You could follow this up with pizza, pop, and cake - maybe even at the shelter. Other alternatives might be helping out with a meal at a soup kitchen or helping pack food at a food bank. Guests could donate food items.
Or if you are particularly capable, you might work for a day or half day at a Habitat for Humanity home - painting, doing general clean up on the site, or whatever.
Or perhaps you might find a children's group that could use some help for an afternoon. If there is some sort of drop in center for underprivileged kids, perhaps you could do a party with your friends for little kids in celebration of your birthday.
With just a few friends you could go out to the movies, buy popcorn and candy, and pick a fun film. or maybe you would rather take them out to your favorite restaurant for dinner.
