I'm turning 15 and I've always struggled with thinking of themes and entertainment for my birthday parties. There will be both males and females at my party. What kind of thing could I do? By the way, my friends and I all attend an arts school, if that helps at all.

Crafting and music! Make it so you can connect guests' devices to speakers so everyone can DJ. Where are you located? There might be free day festivals around.
How about a painting party, the trend of canvas painting is fun right now! Instead of wine/alcohol since you're younger, you can have juices, smoothies and enjoy with music!
What about a caricature party? Each person draws a caricature of someone else. The winners get prizes.
Since you are all artists, maybe you could find someone to run a "Paint Nite" for you and your friends. Something artistic anyway. There are lots of different creative crafts in the Beaverton/Portland area, like ceramics painting, fused glass, etc.
Another option might be to take a trip to the Portland Art Museum and a couple of other galleries or museums in the downtown area. Lots of cafes, restaurants and bakeries for a birthday meal during your sightseeing.
