My 17th birthday is March 17 next year, on a Friday. I just don't know what to do. It's also my golden birthday. I had a hotel already and rented out a hall. I was kind of thinking of a bowling party or a photoshoot because I like taking pictures. I don't have that many friends. Any ideas?

Have a 17 themed party. Invite your friends to see "The Edge of Seventeen". Have them come back to your house to make their own pizzas. Have 17 toppings: mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mushrooms, green pepper, yellow pepper, red pepper, orange pepper, tomato, onion, olives, meatballs, eggplant, chicken, pepperoni, ziti, and mini ravioli. You could have your friends take 17 pictures and use an app to make a collage.
Merge both ideas! Set up Skittle lanes in the hall and then set up a fun photo booth or leave accessories for guests to take pictures with on tables. Like moustaches, glasses, speech bubbles etc. It is St Patrick's day too so leave out some Irish props too.
I'm sure whatever you choose to do will be lovely as long as you have people you love and like around you, anything you decide to do will be memorable.

Instead of the hotel and hall, think fun. Have your guests come in formal or fancy dress, give them small cameras, and take them bowling and at least one other activity, the more the better. Have a competition to see who can come up with the prettiest/wackiest/most revealing photo.
