How about "college bound?" Have everyone wear his or her favorite T-shirt or sweatshirt from a college.Play a trivia game with facts about local or favorite schools. Have a cake decorated with the mascot of the college you want to go to.
Make a poster board of a replica of Seventeen magazine and have "article" titles on the cover of the magazine that explain your favourite things to do, and do them at the party. You can use this poster board magazine as a backdrop for photos of you and your friends so they can all be the cover model in the photos.
I think I'd stick with a theme that you like the most. It could be music, a sports team, a movie, or something that you and your friends do all the time. I know that teenage girls love to do selfies. Why not make a selfie theme for your party.
