My 2002 Ford F150 blows barely warm air. I have flushed the fluid, changed the thermostat, and checked blend door operation, but no change. The upper heater hose is warm, but I still do not get heat regardless of the RPM of the engine, no heat. The A/C works perfectly.

I'm thinking there is air in the system like my Lincoln. I ran the front end up on ramps then loosened the reservoir cap. Then I squeezed the upper radiator hose and the air bubbled up into the reservoir. Refill the reservoir fluid to level. Tighten down the cap. Or, don't always trust the new thermostat. I have returned so called new ones because they were defective.
Thanks. The air bubble was a possibility. I have ran the truck on some steep inclines with a full reservoir. Removed the upper heater hose and pressurized the reservoir to see if I could push air out of the heater hose, all to no avail.
There are a lot of people who experience this problem.

Thank you. I have read many forums, including this one, on this and checked every possible solution suggested, but no luck yet.
You could have a problem with one of the blend door actuators. www.google.com/
Nope, I have cut the heater housing open and watched the blend door moving. It seems to be fine.
I have a 2002 that seems to have this same problem. Did you ever come up with a solution?
