I rescued a 5 week old kitten from the shelter, he has watery eyes and is sneezing. He does not have any colored discharge, but he is not eating or drinking his water. I don't know what to do. I am afraid he will die from dehydration.

Please take your kitty to your vet now-a 5 week old kitty's health is extremely delicate so sneezing and watery eyes may be an infection that requires a vet's care and medicines.
If you got this kitten recently, take it back to the shelter. Animals should be healthy when you get them.
Take him back to the shelter or to the vet. He might have Upper Respiratory Tract Infection. In the meantime, feed him, hydrate him and keep his nose clean. Don't let him dehydrate.
Thanks everyone. He still has watery eyes, and he still sneezes but not as much. He is running around and eating and playing. I gave him kitten milk and water by bottle. As for the shelter they wont take him back, they knew that he was sick.
A kitten should not be weaned until at least 6 weeks. Take it to a vet, or back to the shelter for the shelter vet to examine. It could have picked up something at the shelter that other animals there could also get.
