A friend of mine was on WW back in the mid - late 70s. She did great. I remember her making a chocolate treat that you froze and it tasted like a chocolate bar with nuts in it. All I can remember is it contained crushed pineapple and some type of chocolate. You mixed these two ingredients together and wrapped them in tin foil and froze them. Could it be sugar free dry chocolate pudding and pineapple? Thank you for any info.

I think I found it:
Chocolate Pineapple Treats
1 package chocolate Alba '77 shake
1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple in juice
Combine Alba and pineapple in a small bowl. Stir until well blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper on a cookie sheet. Freeze until firm. 3 points for all. Counts as 1 milk and 2 fruit servings. Can also use can of pineapple to reduce points to 2.
It was the best treat ever. Thank you for remembering the name. It has annoyed me for years that I couldn't remember ALBA!
Yeah Ive been trying to find it also! I think I used to add coconut flavoring!
YES ! That's it ! I don't think they make Alba 77 anymore but I think I can substitute something else. Thank You Thank You Thank You!!!
Orgain protein chocolate shake is a great substitute for the Alba!
It seems that almost everyone likes the recipes from the older WW sessions/cookbooks and this is a good example.
Seems that everyone has found this interesting and I will just use their information to try it also.
