According to this website, your dog only gets vaccinated if he is also being spayed. www.aspca.org/
I do not see any dates for for zip code 11229 on the July calendar and only the ASPCA can tell if this spot has been discontinued.
I believe you should look for the nearest location to your area and make an appointment at that location.
