My husband and I make "must-go" ramen frequently. Little bits of this and that get tossed into the water to cook and once everything is tender, we stir in the noodles and flavor packet. Tonight we had ramen with a sliced carrot, a little shredded cabbage, a handful of kale, and pea pods. Other times we'll toss in a couple mushrooms, some grilled onions and peppers and maybe some lettuce that's getting a little wilted.
