It appears that you are having a hook timing issue with your machine. Normally this is a very simple procedure if you actually know what you are looking at and how to do this. I use a website to adjust my hoot timing on the machine and the way this person explains it makes it so easy to do. Plus they have a small video at the end of their article that shows you all you need to know. archaicarcane.com/.../
