I am team captain for a Relay for Life Team and we have an annual yard sale. We always place an ad in the local newspaper, post flyers at local businesses, and post a notice on our company's website. We have it announced on our two local radio stations (public service announcements are free), post signs in front the building where we hold the sale, and tell all of our family and friends. We always have a good turnout, and usually raise in excess of $700.
