Basically the Red Cross can help you for the first 24 to 48 hours. They normally will put you up for the night, give you a place to sleep a voucher to get one outfit of clothes for each member of your family and a hot meal or two.
You'll actually need to go and see social services for more help on this matter. You can also try a few local churches in your area and go online to look on FereCycle to see if anyone is giving away some free things you can use.
As for the fire I hope you had homeowners insurance because you will need it now to file a claim to either rebuild your home or find a place for you and your family to live now.
