Air Fry Rotisserie Cornish Hen

Ingredients:

• 1 Cornish hen
• 1 Tbsp Avocado oil
• 1 tsp Black pepper
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
• 1 tsp Dried thyme
• 1 tsp Garlic powder
• 1 Garlic (minced)
• 1/2 Lemon

Steps:

1. Measure out all the seasoning.

 
2. Drizzle oil over hen and sprinkle seasoning all over. Cut slices of lemon and put inside.

 
3. Also I cut a few slices to put in the air fryer (so the hen can sit over it). Optional - mince garlic on top.

 

 
4. Pre-heat to 360 degrees and air fry for 20 minutes. Flip and another 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 F.
