Is it safe to use Finish tablets for laundry? I bought them accidentally and realised after opening, but I don't have dishwasher. So any ideas how I can put them in use? Please share.

Drop one into the toilet, let dissolve and scrub.
If you didn't use them, you should be able to take them back to the store for a refund, even if you opened them. Or maybe sell/give them to a friend with a dishwasher.
If you really want to use them up, you could try putting one in your laundry. However, it's hard to know what other additives they may have included for dishwashing that isn't suitable for clothing.
I'd wash with the tablet alone and then wash normally as some laundry detergent could contain ammonia or other chemicals that may interact with the bleach, creating toxic gases in your laundry room. The bleach may be more harsh than laundry bleach so don't try this with any delicate or colored fabrics to avoid damage.
