I checked the hoses and they are fine. It is coming from underneath. A lot of water is coming out.

You may have a rusted out tub. You would have to disconnect the washer and turn it on its side to remove the bottom. Depending on how old it is, it might be time for a new machine. It also depends on if you can fix it yourself.
A lot of water coming out and the hoses are OK sounds ominous. Put some newspaper under the machine to find the exact starting point of the leak. If it was a hole in the drum you would notice the level of water dropping in the tub.
Sounds to me like your water pump has gone out. They can be ordered online and fixed relatively cheaply!
I had this same problem with my washer once, and it turned out the pump was bad. As soon as it was replaced, everything was back to normal!
When we had this problem it turned out to be that a "splash kit" had to be installed. It was something to do with water splashing up and over the tub of the washer and then dripping (flooding) its way down to the floor.. The repairman lifted the top frame of the washer up, I think he pulled out the tub, but not sure, and set in the kit, then set the tub back in and closed the frame. No problem after that. Hope this is helpful.
