What a cutie! Hard to tell for sure at this age, but looks like there's a lot of Lab in there :-)
I agree that's it's hard to tell what breeds make up this adorable little guy. I think there's definitely some lab and possibly some beagle in your pup.
He does have a lot of characters of a black lab and also a beagle mixture. Right now he is very young to tell exactly what he is mixed with but you can see the lab in him for sure.
This puppy is a Staffordshire Terrier, not to be mistaken for either the American Staffordshire Terrier or the American Pit Bull Terrier.
