Your bug cannot be seen in your picture but it's possible you have either drain mites or mold mites.
You can start a cleanup like this:
Do this treatment in all drains in the house.
When doing commode you should turn off water supply for commode so there is only a small amount of water in basin.
Pour in 1/2 cup of salt and 1/2 cup of baking soda plus a cup of white vinegar (in that order). Allow it to work its magic overnight then flush the drain with very hot water the next morning. This will sanitize the drain and kill the flies and their eggs.
Clean thoroughly - especially commode.
(Caution!! use only hot water - NOT boiling water for commode as it could crack the bowl!!!)

There may be too much moisture staying in your bathroom and this could be attracting these bugs.

Always leave bathroom door open as much as possible.
If you are seeing mold in your commode (especially under the rim where it is difficult to detect) you may have to leave the top lid up so that moisture is not trapped under the lid.
Be sure AC vent is open to bathroom at all times.

The photo is of very poor quality, so it is rather difficult to understand what it is. It looks like two black specks. If you are not able to take a good quality photo, then describe it.

You didn't write that it flies, so I don't think these are gnats or drain flies (they can also be called drain moths, filter flies, sewer flies). Maybe this is bird mites happyhautehome.com/.../.

Since you write that you see it in the toilet after peeing, then most likely you mean that it appears with your urine, then there are many reasons for this.
the reasons for these little black specks in urine are many
Perhaps these are not bugs or parasites, but remains of cells in the urinary tract that fall off and get carried along with the urine. It may occur in males as well as females.
Black looking like pepper flakes in urine are one of the symptoms of diabetes.
Dark specks in urine indicate a probable problem in the liver or in case you have stones in your urinary bladder.

Black or dark particles in urine may also appear as a result of Urinary Tract Infection (UTI).
You should consult a doctor and convey the symptoms.

They could be gnats. If they are in a bathroom, there may be a leak. Check your toilet for leaks first
