Apple Custard Pie

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• nutmeg and cinnamon, to taste
• 1 cup milk
• 5 apples (2 cups, ground)
• cheese (optional)

Directions

Mix ingredients together and pour into unbaked shell. Bake at 425 degrees F about 35 minutes.
