Does anyone have the knockoff recipe for Applebee's hot spinach and artichoke dip? Thanks for sharing.

Hope this is what your looking for!
Cut up artichokes, combine everything except the mozzarella, put it all in a baking dish (I use a 8x8); sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top, and bake at 350 for a 1/2 hour. Voila! You have dip. (02/01/2006)

I had a recipes for Applebee's spinach artichoke dip, but misplaced it. It was the closest I found to the same taste. I've misplaced the recipe, so I'm going by memory. I left off the artichoke, but I believe you can just add that in.
2 packages of frozen spinach, drained and set aside -
Saute in a pan 2 tablespoons of flour, onions, and butter.
Stir in 1 16oz package of soften cream cheese.
Add a dash or 2 of paprika.
Add 1/2 can of chicken broth, let simmer.
Add spinach.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes
I hope this is what you are looking for.

Revised, Revised, Revised
As I stated earlier, I am going by memory.
Bake for 20-30 min. Serve with nacho chips.
I don't put the artichoke in mine, but I believe you can just add it. I also add much more cheese. There is a cheese and I can't think of the name right now, but it has sun dried tomatoes in it. I believe its made by Kraft.
This is the closest I found to Applebees. ENJOY!

Here's a recipe that I combined (and just eyeball it).
artichokes
fresh spinach
salt and pepper (optional)
ricotta cheese
sour cream
just a little minced garlic for taste
shredded cheese (to go on top)
