Applesauce Pancakes

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup applesauce
• 2 cups Bisquick
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:

Beat eggs slightly; add other ingredients and blend. Bake on griddle and enjoy!
