The blend of the 3 fruits in this recipe makes for a great salad! Suitable for every day or for special occasions.
Ingredients:
- 1 can apricot pie filling
- 1 can chunk pineapple, drained
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup coconut
- marshmallows, if desired
Directions:
Mix well and refrigerate.
