I'm just curious, if controls for an electric blanket are interchangeable. My fur baby chomped on the old one! I still love her!

I wouldn't advise that, most electric blanket cords may work, but could also short out, becoming a hazard in triggering fuses, outages, and even fire. You can also contact the brand/company for the answer to be safe.
They definitely are not. I would write to the company and ask them, or go on their website. Another route would be to go to a large hardware store and see if they could order one for you

Fur babies sometimes do things like this - but - we forgive them and just give them an extra hug that they are safe and did not hurt themselves.
Unfortunately, dogs often ruin the cords and controllers to electric blankets. I'm assuming your blanket is no longer under warranty. Try to contact the manufacturer. Maybe they have replacement parts. Also, I would advise you to contact your local service center. They usually have different controllers.
