I have found what appear to be tiny black seeds around my home. Some were in the bedroom but also bathroom and hallway. Please tell me they are not bed bugs or anything to do with them. They are kind of a bed bug shape but do not really seem like bugs. They have no head or legs or lines\stripes like bed bugs do.
I posted on Reddit and everyone was saying mouse poop or roach poop but they aren't poop. They have a hard shell like a sunflower or pumpkin seed. They will not crumble easily like a carpet beetle or most bugs would. Could they be seeds that mice brought in the house? I haven't seen anything that explicitly looks like bed bugs but I do have mice, spiders, flies, carpet beetles etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

The easiest answer would be carpet beetles, which are harmless and quite common. If you can check the underside with a magnifying glass or your phone camera on zoom, you probably can rule out seeds.
The could also be larder beetle larvae. If you are in the US, send the photo or take some to your local home extension office. These often hijack home in boxes of cereal or cardboard boxes. A good cleaning should stop the issue.
Seeds dont move. Bugs do. Watch them for awhile and see if they move. If they do move, try an all-purpose insecticide
It looks like mouse droppings you might want to set some traps and see if you catch anything with those
I don't think they are bedbugs.
In the photographs, I cannot distinguish legs or a head. Take a magnifying glass and examine them carefully.
It looks like a pupa (cocoon) of some sort of critter, or the abdomen of something. It's not shaped like a bed bug abdomen, and they don't pupate, so no, it can't be from a bed bug.
Could be the left overs of a spiders meal. They do look like tiny mouse turds too.
