You will have to undress your dolls and take pictures of the dolls, especially the back butt and neck.
I'm going out on a limb here so just remember, these comments are just my personal opinion:
I'm not sure what brand of doll you have but I do not believe these are Cabbage Patch dolls.
It looks like you have 2 of the same doll, just dressed differently.
Someone may be able to help you identify your dolls with more pictures and measurements.
I know there seems to be some doubt as to the authenticity of your dolls. I know that it appears your dolls are alike except for the clothing and Cabbage Patch did not do this - but - is it possible these are not the original clothes?
Your dolls have facial expressions similar to Cabbage Patch dolls, but I don't think they are the original Cabbage Patch dolls. They are more of Cabbage Patch Kids Look Alike Dolls.
Your doll's eyes open and close. Cabbage Patch dolls are also made with such eyes, but not so long ago and they have cloth body. The body of your dolls is not cloth (at least the arms and legs that I see in the photos).
I found Cabbage Patch Kids Babies Get Better Baby by Jakks Pacific 2012, the price is $30 (new in original box) www.ebay.com/
Cabbage Patch Get Better Baby Girl Dark Skin / Black Hair Open & Close Eyes - NIB was sold for $34.95 picclick.com/
Cabbage Patch Kids are a line of one-of-a-kind cloth dolls with plastic heads first produced by Coleco Industries in 1982.
Companies that made Cabbage Patch dolls:
Coleco (1982-1988)
Hasbro (1988-1994)
Mattel (1994-2003)
Toys "R" Us (2003)
Play Along (2004-2011)
Jakks Pacific (2011-2014)
Wicked Cool Toys (2015 - present)
As you can see, Jakks Pacific is on the list, so there is no doubt that the original Cabbage Patch dolls are also made with open and close eyes, but they have cloth bodies.
To understand who made your dolls, inspect them and look for the manufacturer's stamp on the body, perhaps it is on back of the neck. Look for labels on clothing. I have a guess that your dolls were made by Uneeda, but I'm not sure.

Many sellers of looking like Cabbage Patch dolls are not sure if they have original dolls.

I found several dolls similar to your dolls:
I also think that you do not have original Cabbage Patch dolls.
I found several dolls similar to your dolls:

Unless they are the original Cabbage Patch dolls, signed by Xavier Roberts, they are worth very little. If they are, they are worth thousands of dollars.
Do these have the printed (not actual signature) on the butt? What color is it? Can you show it please?
Once I know a little more, I can help guide you to values.
Thanks!
