Asian Glazed Pork ChopsThis is a quick, easy, and light pork-chop dinner, that my whole family enjoys.

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp corn starch
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 scallion, chopped

Steps:

  1. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and cornstarch.
  2. Asian Glazed Pork Chops
     
  3. Spray large saucepan with non-stick spray and set over medium-high heat. Brown pork chops, until cooked through (about 4-5 minutes each side). Remove from pan and keep warm.

  5. Add 1 garlic clove to hot pan and cook for about 30 seconds. Add sauce ingredients and heat until thickened, about 1 minute.

  7. Pour sauce over pork chops and sprinkle with chopped scallion (we added the scallion the sauce right before serving). We served the pork chops with sautéed zucchinni.
