This is a quick, easy, and light pork-chop dinner, that my whole family enjoys.

Ingredients:
4 pork chops
3 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp corn starch
1 garlic clove, minced
1 scallion, chopped
Steps:
Whisk together honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and cornstarch.
Spray large saucepan with non-stick spray and set over medium-high heat. Brown pork chops, until cooked through (about 4-5 minutes each side). Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add 1 garlic clove to hot pan and cook for about 30 seconds. Add sauce ingredients and heat until thickened, about 1 minute.

Pour sauce over pork chops and sprinkle with chopped scallion (we added the scallion the sauce right before serving). We served the pork chops with sautéed zucchinni.
