I'm 13 and my bra is getting a little small. I don't know how to ask for another one without being embarrassed. My mom hasn't noticed me only wearing sports bras and I really need help. Please?

The truth is always best. Tell your mother you need the support and a bra will make you more comfortable.
Tell your mom you are growing out of your bra, therefore its painful to you! She will not want you to be in pain!
These days parents are so busy with work and taking care of the home that they sometime over look issues like this. I would go to your mom and ask her if she can take you to the store to go bra shopping. If she is busy I would then ask her if she could give you some money so you could go with your friends. When my daughter was your age she loved to go shopping with her friends to buy her bras and underware.
Your mom will understand. You are a growing teenager, you can simply bring up can we go shopping. My bra is getting tight and she will surely understand. Good luck!
Thats just the start wait till time go on you will see that u will always be happy to run to your mom
Mom's are people too and I am sure she went through exactly what you are going through. When things are quiet--not when she is crazy busy or distracted--just ask if the two of you can go shopping to get you a new bra. Now I don't know if money is an issue--if it is, places like Salvation Army have high quality bras at very reasonable prices. Just wash them before you wear and you will be fine.
If that idea is not workable, Wal-Mart and Target have name brands at reasonable prices. If you want an expensive one like Victoria Secret you may want to see if there are online coupons for you to use to help you defer the cost. I would do the last one first...look for coupons so your mom can see how responsible you are being :)
Hope it all goes well. Prayers and blessings! Post back with an update.
Tell her it is becoming very uncomfortable and you need help. I understand it can be difficult asking for new things.. I'd bring up the issue with her. She will help you.
