Assistance with Replacing Plumbing Under Mobile Home?

My mom lives in a mobile home. She is 78 years old. My sister and I live with her also. We are 53 & 52 yrs old. I do all her doctor appts. My sister helps her also. My question is, the pipes are so old that we get one fixed and then another leaks and so on. We were told we probably need to replace the entire plumbing underneath this place. People say get a hold of Action of Long Beach (Luke Heap). Can anyone recommend them or maybe Habitat for Humanity. I hope to hear from u soon!
